The Girafus pro-Track-tor was developed so that pet owners have less to worry about when their beloved four-legged friend doesn't come home.

Tiny tracking device

With the tiny Girafus tracking device, it is easy to locate the animal within a range of 500 m (in open terrain) - even in garages, basements or hidden under bushes.

How does the search work?

The search works according to the hot-cold principle. You walk in one direction and see if the signal gets stronger or weaker. The transmitter sends its location once a minute and the base station searches for this signal as soon as it is switched on and the search button is pressed. The search for the base station then also takes about another minute, even if the transmitter and base station are relatively close to each other (Attention! There must be at least 1m to 1.50m distance between the transmitter and the base, otherwise the base will not indicate direction and distance). It doesn't take much time to get used to the system and then you will know how it works.

For how many animals?

Up to 4 animals can be tracked, depending on which variant is selected or how many transmitters are added.

No subscription or SIM card is necessary

Unlike GPS-based devices, you don't need a SIM card and no subscription is required. The device uses safe and harmless RF technology, so there is no interference with other wireless devices.

Super light transmitter

The transmitter is super light at only 8 grams (incl. battery). It is splash-proof and dirt-proof thanks to the enclosed silicone sleeves.

Long battery life

The transmitter battery lasts up to 10 days with 10 min. use (search) per day.

Lost transmitter. No problem with the Girafus pro-TRACK-tor cat and dog trackers.

If a transmitter is lost, there is no need to panic. You can re-synchronise extra transmitters with the handset. We have a video about this at www.girafus.com/support.
